Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply when you place an order with American Sciences LLC through americansciences.org. Please read them before submitting an order. The version displayed when you submit your order governs that purchase.

1. Who may order

You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter a binding agreement, and provide a valid delivery address in one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia that is accepted by checkout. Territories, military postal destinations, and international orders are not accepted in this initial launch window.

2. One-time purchases only

Every launch order is a one-time purchase. We do not enroll you in a subscription, auto-renewal, or recurring charge. Any future recurring option would require separate terms and your express agreement before a charge.

3. Prices and the final charged total

Prices are stated in US dollars. Checkout shows the final charged total before you submit the order. That displayed total is the full amount we will charge for an accepted order. Complimentary standard shipping is a launch promotion. The price you see is the price you pay: we do not add another amount or fee after submission. Discounts, if any, appear before the final total.

4. Placing and accepting an order

By checking the acceptance box and submitting the order, you agree to these Terms of Sale and the linked Shipping and Returns & Refunds policies. An on-screen or emailed order confirmation records our acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order before shipment if payment is not approved, an item is unavailable, the address is invalid, the order appears fraudulent, or fulfilling it would violate law. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the full amount paid to the original payment method.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, email hello@americansciences.org immediately. We will help when practical, but cannot promise a change after packing or carrier handoff.

5. Payment

Payment is handled by a payment provider through a secure payment experience. The provider receives your card details directly. American Sciences never receives or stores your card number, expiration date, or security code. We receive only the transaction information needed to confirm, support, reconcile, or refund your order.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship this initial launch to accepted addresses in the 50 states and District of Columbia. Complimentary standard shipping is a launch promotion. We aim to ship within 2–6 business days, but that is a target rather than a guarantee. Carrier transit time begins after dispatch and is outside our direct control. 7. 60-day satisfaction guarantee

If you are dissatisfied, email us within 60 days of delivery with your order number, the product involved and the reason for your request. We manually review each request under the guarantee. When approved, the covered amount is returned to the original payment method. Opened consumables do not need to be physically returned unless we expressly ask for a return. 8. Product and order information

Please review the product description, ingredients, quantity, and order summary before purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. We may limit or refuse an order where required by law or when the order is not for personal use.

Product images are for illustration and may differ from time to time. Packaging, labelling, and presentation can change between production runs, so the photography on this site may not match the item you receive in every detail. The description, ingredients, and quantity shown in your order summary, together with the label on the product itself, are what govern your purchase.

9. Refund timing

We process an approved refund as quickly as possible — typically within 10 business days — to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.

10. Questions and disputes

Please first email hello@americansciences.org so we can work directly with you. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law. These Terms of Sale are governed by Delaware law, while any mandatory consumer protections in your home state continue to apply.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms of Sale for future orders. A later change does not reduce the terms that applied when you submitted an earlier order.
