Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale apply when you place an order with American Sciences LLC through americansciences.org. Please read them before submitting an order. The version displayed when you submit your order governs that purchase.
1. Who may order
You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter a binding agreement, and provide a valid delivery address in one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia that is accepted by checkout. Territories, military postal destinations, and international orders are not accepted in this initial launch window.
2. One-time purchases only
Every launch order is a one-time purchase. We do not enroll you in a subscription, auto-renewal, or recurring charge. Any future recurring option would require separate terms and your express agreement before a charge.
3. Prices and the checkout total
Prices are stated in US dollars. Checkout shows your total before you submit the order. Standard shipping is free. The total shown at checkout is the total American Sciences charges you. Our payment partner’s funding service may add its own fee for some payment methods; it shows that fee on its page before you pay. Discounts, if any, appear before the checkout total.
4. Placing and accepting an order
By checking the acceptance box and submitting the order, you agree to these Terms of Sale and the linked Shipping and Returns & Refunds policies. An on-screen or emailed order confirmation records our acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order before shipment if payment is not approved, an item is unavailable, the address is invalid, the order appears fraudulent, or fulfilling it would violate law. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the full order total, as described in section 9. Our payment partner’s funding service charges its own fees; these are not charged by American Sciences and are not refundable by us.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, use our contact form immediately. We will help when practical, but cannot promise a change after packing or carrier handoff.
5. Payment
You pay on our payment partner’s secure page, using Apple Pay, a card or crypto, for the total shown at checkout. Your payment details go straight to our partner; American Sciences never sees or stores them. Behind the scenes your payment is made in a US-dollar digital currency (USDC), and the amount we charge is fixed in US dollars at checkout. Our partner or its funding service may ask you to verify your identity before the payment completes. We confirm your order as soon as our partner tells us the full payment has arrived. Your Apple Pay or card charge is made by our partner’s funding service, not by American Sciences, so any dispute about that charge is with that service. If anything is wrong with your order, contact us and we will put it right under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Your rights under applicable consumer law are not affected.
6. Shipping and delivery
We ship this initial launch to accepted addresses in the 50 states and District of Columbia. Standard shipping is free. We aim to ship within 2–6 business days, but that is a target rather than a guarantee. Carrier transit time begins after dispatch and is outside our direct control. 7. 60-day satisfaction guarantee
If you are dissatisfied, tell us within 60 days of delivery through our contact form, with your order number, the product involved and the reason for your request. We manually review each request under the guarantee. When approved, we refund the covered amount as described in section 9. Opened consumables do not need to be physically returned unless we expressly ask for a return. 8. Product and order information
Please review the product description, ingredients, quantity, and order summary before purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. We may limit or refuse an order where required by law or when the order is not for personal use.
Product images are for illustration and may differ from time to time. Packaging, labelling, and presentation can change between production runs, so the photography on this site may not match the item you receive in every detail. The description, ingredients, and quantity shown in your order summary, together with the label on the product itself, are what govern your purchase.
9. Refunds
Approved refunds are paid in USDC on the Base network to a wallet address you give us; they cannot be returned to a card or Apple Pay. We send an approved refund within 10 business days, usually much sooner. For a partial refund (for example, one item from an order) we send the covered amount ourselves in the same way. Please double-check the address and network you give us, because transfers cannot be reversed once sent. If you do not have a wallet, contact us and we will help. Orders placed before this version keep the terms, including the refund method and amount, that applied when you ordered.
10. Questions and disputes
Please first write to us through our contact form so we can work directly with you; it records your message and gives you a reference. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law. These Terms of Sale are governed by Delaware law, while any mandatory consumer protections in your home state continue to apply.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms of Sale for future orders. A later change does not reduce the terms that applied when you submitted an earlier order.
