Pepti Bites: one gummy a day, from a bag of 60 in 12 sealed packets of five, in Coconut, Watermelon and Energy Drink. Alpha Shield: 1–2 pumps on clean, dry skin, massaged in. Silk Shield: as your provider directs, on clean, intact skin.
