Shipping Policy
We keep the launch shipping promise simple: accepted orders receive complimentary standard shipping as a launch promotion. We aim to ship within 2–6 business days; this is a target, not a guarantee.
Where we ship
We ship this initial launch to valid postal addresses in the 50 states and District of Columbia accepted by checkout. Territories, military postal destinations, and international destinations are not accepted yet. If checkout cannot accept an address, no order should be submitted for that destination.
Cost and method
Standard shipping is complimentary during the launch promotion. We select an appropriate tracked carrier and service for the destination. Future orders may carry a shipping charge, but any such charge will be shown in the final total before payment. No promotion end date or future rate is promised here. We do not promise a specific carrier or expedited service unless checkout expressly offers it before purchase.
Processing time
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–6 business days after payment approval. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. Processing can take longer during exceptional demand, carrier disruption, severe weather or other events outside our reasonable control. Carrier delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Tracking
When a tracking number is issued, we send it to the email address used for the order. A short delay between order confirmation and tracking is normal.
Address changes and delivery problems
Check the delivery address before submitting your order. For a correction, email hello@americansciences.org immediately. We will help when practical, but cannot promise a change after packing or carrier handoff.
If a package is delayed, lost, returned, or shown as delivered but is not present, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and provide the appropriate replacement or refund. Wrong or damaged goods are replaced or refunded at American Sciences’ cost.
